Privacy policy

Last updated

This draft describes how Krijo handles personal data. It must be reviewed and completed before launch.

Who is responsible

The company named in the imprint is responsible for processing personal data on this website and in the Krijo studio.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep them secure. These logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

The Krijo studio

When you create an account and use Krijo, we process:

  • Account data — your name, email address and sign-in details.
  • Company data — your company’s brand profile, including details found on your website or published social posts when you ask Brand Brain to learn them.
  • Content and media — the projects, photos, videos and music you upload or create.
  • Social connections — access to the Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect, used only to publish what you confirm.
  • Usage data — records needed to run, secure and bill the service.

Each company’s data is private to that company and its team.

AI processing

To draft and analyse content, Krijo sends the relevant project text, brand profile and images to AI service providers acting on our behalf. They may not use your data for their own purposes. [List of providers and their locations.]

[Legal bases for each purpose, retention periods, processors and any transfers outside the EU.]

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
